PARKING

Accessible parking is available at the entrance to both Amphitheater and Pavilion shows. All spots are marked with the universal symbol, hang tags or plates are needed for the accessible parking.

ACCESS RAMPS

Concrete Street is equipped with curb cuts and accessible ramps throughout the entire venue and parking lots.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome at Concrete Street. All animals must be on a leash or harness at all times. Please call in advance to make arrangements to insure an ease of entrance at the door. 361-884-8085 ext. 10.

PURCHASING TICKETS FOR DISABLED SEATING

Accessible seating can be purchased by phone with Visa, MasterCard?, or America Express by calling Ticketmaster 361-881-8499 or 361-884-8085 ext. 10. Tickets can also be purchased at the Concrete Street Box Office during normal box office hours.

UNANNOUNCED PATRONS ON EVENT NIGHT

All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of the event, will be directed to the front of house manager. Please contact any staff member for assistance. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended that any accessible seating requests be made in advance by calling 361-884-8085 ext. 10.

COMPANION SEATING

Generally, one adjacent companion seat may be purchased and up to two additional seats may be purchased, subject to availability. All patrons needing companion seating are encouraged to call 11 days in advance to insure proper companion seating on general admission shows. Anyone needing companion seating on reserved seated shows needs to inform a Ticketmaster sales representative at the time of purchase to insure accessible seating or purchase the tickets directly from the Concrete Street Box Office during normal business hours.

COURTESTY WHEELCHAIRS

If you need assistance finding your seat, please inform any staff member to request a wheel chair. An escort will bring you a wheelchair to assist you and will then be returned so other patrons may receive assistance.

WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS

Concrete Street Amphitheater provides wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested at least 11 days in advance of the event by calling 361-884-8085 ext. 10.

RESTROOMS

All Concrete Street Amphitheater restrooms are equipped with accessible facilities in the Pavilion and Amphitheater.
